When it's time you book your South Jersey Wedding DJ, you should know exactly what you are getting and what you aren't getting for your money.  This is an important decision, and there are certain things you should look for before you book.  Your list of services should be detailed in the proposal.  You have so many things to worry about.  Whether or not a wireless mic comes with your service shouldn't be one of them. 

The Basics

All of our wedding packages offer a state-of-the-art sound system, a professional MC/DJ with an assistant, full music selection from our catalog of over 40,000 songs from the 1930's through tomorrow's up-and-coming hits,  and a wireless microphone.  Further, all of our packages provide access to our exclusive Interactive Agenda planning tool, where all of your music and format planning is conducted.  The days of endless phone calls, meetings, and trying to track someone down as your wedding date rapidly approaches are over.  This system allows you to give us all the information we need at the touch of a button.  Do it on your lunch break at work, on a rainy weekend, or even from your iPhone.  You can update this system up to 24 hours before the wedding, and allows us to be as prepared as possible to make your wedding day that much more special!

Lighting packages range from simple ambience lighting, with or without uplighting, to sophisticated sound-activated lighting, to fully intelligent lighting that gives your favorite nightclub a run for its money.  All packages are fully customizable to suit your wishes and reception needs.

Gameshow Package - This is a fun-filled, action packed, interactive experience that your guests will be talking about for years to come!!

Lighting Options



Basic Lighting Pa
ckage (included in many packages above)  $200
The basic lighting package consists of 2 LED Par 64 can lights, which change color and strobe, 1 mushroom-style sound activated light and 1 starball. 

The Par 64's are the most basic form of enhancement lighting available.  They are simply a can with 181 LED bulbs.  They don't do tricks, they don't jump through hoops, but they can be controlled easily and can add ambiance and energy to any dance floor!! 

The mushroom light is a sound-activated rotating light that moves to the music.  Again, very simple, but can add a lot of energy to a dance floor.  38 beams of rotating and flashing colors move in a 180o rotation.
 

The Starball is a great romantic effect, usually goes well with slow dances.  This mimics a disco ball, with white and color-changing beams. 

Basic Lighting Upgrade $350(Upgrade your basic lighting package for only $150 more!)

Through the miracles of modern technology, these simple upgrades can add a world of difference to your reception!  Add 2 Par 64's and another Mushroom.  Add in 2 uplights and a wash for the head table.


UpLighting starts at $200

Add a set of large LED lights to any package that sit on the floor and strobe, flash, and/or change colors upwards from the ground.  This is great ambience lighting for both the ceremony and the reception!   These lights can mix colors, wash and beam light.  Custom chases and color schemes can be created to match your contemporary color theme!  This package includes up to 8 LED Par cans with the chase module.  Additional cans can be added for $35 each.  Custom chases and programs can be added for additional fee.

  

Icon - $200 single, $75 each additional

Your name in lights!!  The Icon is a custom-made image of your wedding "Logo".  Whether it's your initial, monogram, date, image, or symbol, this will be the first thing your guests will be drawn to when they enter the room, and will make your wedding experience ultra-memorable.  Whether projected on the floor, the wall, the ceiling, or all of them, the Icon is the one thing that makes you stand out throughout the party!
 

Intelligent Lighting options are currently under construction. 

This option is still in the works, as these lights are quite expensive and take a considerable time to present. 

Word of Advice: Flashing Lights and fast-moving objects have been associated with triggering seizures in epileptic patients, and fog machines have been known to aggravate asthmatics.  We do have substitutes for fog machines that are less invasive.  While these effects have been determined to be harmless and these situations are rare, we urge you to use caution and respect your guests' needs when choosing effect lighting.  We will not be responsible for a guest's reaction to an effect light. 

Additional Service Options 
(available to add on to any standard package, or can be incorporated into a custom package. Costs vary by item and party size.)

1.  Ceremony Service.  Many couples are finding it more and more effective to have their wedding ceremony and reception in the same facility.  Often times, there is no acoustics in the ceremony area, and your guests are struggling to hear.  We can provide sound, microphones, and other equipment to make your ceremony a pleasant and memorable one!  Ceremony services are tiered, based on the amount of equipment involved.   Here is the simple breakdown:

Same-Room Ceremony
: Your ceremony is held in the same room as your reception.  There's really two ways this works.  In most cases where this happens, the ceremony is conducted in the main room.  Afterwards, guests are asked to adjourn to a side room or hallway for cocktail hour while the reception room is reset.  Some facilities provide background music for this, or we can bring a second, smaller sound system to provide music for your guests at cocktail hour.  If you want us to play music for the ceremony AND cocktails, price is $150.  If you want the ceremony ONLY, this service can be swapped for cocktails in Package B, D, E, or F at no additional charge. 

On-site, Different Room Ceremony
: Your ceremony is held at the facility where your reception is located, but in a separate room, out on a balcony, etc.  This requires a separate sound system.  Typically one microphone is used for the celebrant.  Flat rate $150.

Off-site Ceremony
:  This is where your ceremony requires music/sound, but is held in a completely separate location from your reception.  This applies to beach, church, backyard, or any other ceremonies.  This is more time-consuming (we have to have the reception system set up, ready to go before we go to the ceremony) than the other options and often requires specialized equipment (special speakers on the beach - no electricity!), so the base price for this service is $250. 

These are the most common breakdowns of ceremonies we do.  However, no two weddings are identical and we do our best to accommodate everyone's wishes.  Therefore, these prices are subject to adjustment on a situational basis, as needed.  Please discuss this with us before we quote a price, so we can give you the most accurate price for the service you require.


2. 
Audio CD of the highlights of your wedding.  We can produce an audio cd of the highlights of your wedding, including your first dance, dances with parents/bridal party, festivities, introductions of distinguished guests, etc.  Submit this to your videographer and have a high-quality sound overlay for your wedding video! We can also provide an MP3 file (or series of files) that you can publish to your wedding website!  Add $200 to any package.

3. 
Music Blenders.  These are great crowd-pleasers, and are great to keep up the energy level during the reception.  10 clips, approximately 5 seconds each, played seamlessly back to back to back make a really fun, high-energy "Name That Tune" game.  Add $150 to any package.

4. 
Trivia!!  Yes, Trivia!  We can customize a Quizzo-type gamesheet based on questions you can provide about yourselves, each other, or we can provide general trivia questions from varying categories.  Add this in with the Music Blenders and create a post-dinner game that your guests will never forget!  Add $200 to any package.

5. 
Gameshow Mania!  Add in a Jeopardy!-style trivia-based gameshow to add some competitive fun to your evening.   This is an excellent addition to an event where it may be harder to keep guests involved, especially a Sunday wedding or when your guests are typically more laid-back and not big on dancing.  Lots of colorful flashing lights, sounds and a full gameshow set-up is guaranteed to keep your guests attention for hours!  Add $375 to any package. 

***Use the Gameshow Mania in conjunction with Trivia and Music Blenders for a fun-filled, high-energy experience!! This is a memorable experience for those tough crowds, Sunday afternoon weddings and parties, or just for something extraordinary!!! 


6. 
Prop Packages.  Add fun and colorful props such as sunglasses, inflatables, festive hats, headdresses, beads, etc., that will give your wedding reception a hands-on touch.  Add $150 to any package, and these props are yours to keep.

7. 
Themed Music.  Having a specialty or themed reception? We can provide music oriented to your party's needs, including ethnic, religious, and timeframe themes.  This is often a collaborative effort, so ask for details.  This is a custom addition, so ask for pricing and availability.

8. 
Video Projection.  We can project a slideshow or video compilation, with or without sound,  that you provide for your guests' enjoyment.  A great addition that is often used to add a nostalgic touch to your reception.  Add $375 to any package.

9. 
Commemorative CD.  Use this as a favor to help commemorate your special day.  This is a CD containing all the songs that made your day special and fun, and a megamix of songs that you choose.  $5 per CD, includes 1 re-edit.  Even if you don't use us as your DJ, this is a unique option that will last forever!

Ready to Reserve??

Here's how it works:
When you call or email to reserve your date, if the date is available (use the Availability Checker on the Interactive Agenda page), we will temporarily reserve your date for 30 days until your deposit and contract are received.  If you do not reserve within those 30 days, your date will be released and we can no longer guarantee your date.  Once your deposit and contract are received, your booking is complete and the date will be permanently removed from availability. 

Our minimum deposit to reserve your date is $100, and is due with the signed contract.  This deposit is non-refundable, as it is used to cover costs of other potential business lost due to your date being reserved for you.
